A complete board you can solve with logic. Follow the clues, ask for an explained hint, and leave guessing behind.
Reveal every safe square to win. Each number counts touching mines. Flag squares you believe contain mines; opening a mine ends the game.
01
A board with a logical path
Each board is checked before you play. Starting from its opening, a solver must clear every safe square using visible clues, comparisons between overlapping clue regions, and the total mine count. Boards that require a guess are discarded.
02
Read the proof, then make the move
Use Explain a move to highlight the clues and the squares they prove safe or mined. Try the deduction yourself, or choose Apply this hint. Flags are your notes: the hint system proves its own mines instead of trusting a misplaced flag.
03
No guessing does not mean no mistakes
You can still hit a mine by misreading a clue or chording around incorrect flags. A numbered square opens its remaining neighbors when the number of touching flags matches the clue. Take time to check your flags first.
Controls that work on your device
Mouse
Click to reveal. Right-click to flag. Click an open number to chord when its touching flag count matches.
Touch
Tap the flag button to turn Flag mode on or off, then tap a square. Open Board settings to change the board. Scroll the board if it is wider than your screen.
Keyboard
Arrow keys move between squares. Enter or Space uses the selected action; F toggles a flag. Tab moves between controls.
Your current game saves locally when browser storage is available. A seed link starts the same board from its opening; it does not include your progress. Using hints is allowed, and the game records how many you apply.
